Make Love Not War (Shark's Cove x2)

5 July 09

Two Tiger Flatworms... Fighting? Maybe not! I added this and the next two to "The Best Of"

Whole series took about a 60 secs.... then they went their own way.

I single one from later on.

Parrot fish. Note the "beak."

Rest of the dive was a bit murky. This zipped by. Kinda came out.

Turtle (butt) heading up for air.

On the surface.

Off in the distance...

A sea urchin using what's left of his dead comrades as camouflage (that's what they look like after they die and the black spines fall off).

School was in session...took lots of quick shots. Too bad the water was murky and the lighting was bad.

Some kind of pale slug looking thing. I'll have to look it up on the marine life link at the bottom of the page.

A rival school of needle fish.

Another parrot fish. They don't let you get too close. about 2 ft long.

Mouth of one of the small caves (looking out).

An egg sack of something.

Got caught up in a school of fish.

Here is a good site with info on Hawaiian marine life
